I wanted to send a big thank you to everyone that was involved in doing my recent kitchen project at our home, I'm so very happy with the final result. Everyone was so helpful through the whole process.... Dave Taylor for helping me pick out everything and helping me decide on the layout, Dave Dugan for his helping hands, the plumber and electrical guys, Bob the painter and especially Mike who went above and beyond to do a great job, making sure I was happy with everything along the way. He does beautiful work, kept the place picked up and was always pleasant (as long as he had his coffee!!!) He did some little extra things for me to make everything just right and I was very grateful to have such a craftsman.

I had a small problem; the flashing around the furnace exhaust pipe was leaking and needed to be repaired. From the moment I called to the day after when it was fixed I was impressed with the professionalism of those I interacted with, as well as the fact that they responded so quickly to what was, to them I’m sure, a very small job. Thank goodness there are still service-based businesses that REALLY want to provide service, notwithstanding the amount of business it represents. Thank you for my recent home improvement - exceeded my expectations

I want to take a moment to thank you for your role in my recent home improvement. It has been almost 15 years since I've had work done on my house, and it clearly needs a lot of attention. I chose Nuss Construction largely on the strength of a very professionally done brochure I saw a number of years ago, and I followed this up by reviewing comments on Angie's List. I am very glad that I chose Nuss Construction.



The project involved replacing the soffits, facias, gutters and downspouts. There were far fewer choices to be made than with say a kitchen remodeling, but you explained the options very clearly. The whole decision and estimating process went very smoothly.

I was especially impressed with the quality of work. The 1st crew replaced the soffits and facias and rake boards, and the fit and finish was much better than I was expecting. I have been an amateur furniture maker for the last 50 years, and I look for such things as tight joints in a way most people would not. I was very impressed with how well the different components fit together, and the overall appearance certainly exceeded my expectations.

The 2nd crew installed the gutters and downspouts while I was away on a day trip. When I looked at the work the next day, once again I was impressed with the quality of the work and the overall appearance. Then I realized that thy had hung 5-inch gutters, even though you and I had decided that my house really needed the larger 6-inch gutters. When I brought this to your attention, I honestly thought you would try to make any bargain possible to avoid having to take down the 5-inch gutters. I was very surprised when you stated "You paid to have the job done right, and we're going to replace them". Two days later a crew installed the 6-inch gutters, and once again, everything looks great.

Nuss Construction is probably not the cheapest option, but it is impossible not to be impressed with the skill of the workers, the quality of the workmanship, and the ease with which problems can be corrected. Thank you.

We recently had new windows put into our house and Matt & Ray were the gentlemen who did the work for us. We need you to know exactly how much we appreciated having such professional respectful and conscientious men working for us and we feel you should be very proud to have them representing the Nuss Company. It is quite obvious that Matt, for as young as he is, has such pride in what he does and such a strong work ethic. I noticed on the Friday he and Ray were here that Matt looke a little under the weather. Whe I asked him if was alright he just shrugged it off and worked the entire day without complaints. He returned to finish the job on Monday and still didn’t look well, but once again he gave 100% effort to see that everything was done in top notch fashion and frankly, that cleaned up better than we would’ve. Well the bathroom is done and I just love it! In June I hired Nuss Construction in Marlton, New Jersey to do a complete bath construction. I had used Nuss on numerous jobs in my former home and was confident that they were the right ones for

this job as well. They did not disappoint.

John Colannini was my first contact and was very helpful in guiding me through the process. He kept all appts and on time along with returning any phones calls. He understood what I wanted and directed me accordingly. The forman on the job was Corey Jamieson. Cory was great to work with. He was always on time and on the job when he said he would be, he took care of all those little details that comes with a project such as this. Truthfully I am sorry that I do not have any other projects on the horizon since I would certainly hire them again. One more thing, I am a perfectionist and not easy to please, so if you happen to be as well, please do not hesitate to hire Nuss Construction. You won't be disappointed.

We have had Nuss complete renovations in our Marlton house on three different occasions. First we had new windows put in our living room. The contact person, John Colaianni and installer, Corey Jamieson were so easy to work with and were experts in their jobs. Next we had our kitchen remodeled. Ron Vukicevich did all the work in the kitchen, from granite counter tops to backsplash and plumbing. He did whatever my wife asked! Last we had a leak on our back porch which was replaced by Matt Thomas another hard working individual. They work hard, clean up after themselves and are very friendly! You can't go wrong with Nuss!

Matt went out of his way to make sure everything was finished properly even though we had some "hiccups" with the installation of our solar roof windows. Am looking forward to your company doing our new downspouts and some stone work after our house is elevated by the end of July - we start next week. Oh...thanks so much for the honey...we loved it!!

What set Nuss apart from the other contractors

Our home is 18 years old now and we decided it was time for a complete remodel of our master bathroom. After soliciting several proposals, we decided to go with Nuss Construction. What set Nuss apart from the other contractors was the level of detail in their proposal. The detail in that contract gave us confidence that Nuss would deliver the project for the price they quoted. Where other contractors would simply show us a proposed floor plan for their design, our designer, Kyle Baptiste, showed us a 3D computer rendering of his plans. That really helped us visualize what the end product would look like. When time came to select tile, granite and fixtures, Kyle actually took us shopping to make sure we found products that would work in the design and stay within price point of the construction budget. During demolition and throughout construction, our project manager Mark Teears was onsite daily to make sure all work was completed to the highest quality and the job site was kept clean. Mark contacted us daily to let us know how the job was progressing. If there was any issue that came up with the work of any of the subcontractors, Mark made sure it was resolved. Nuss truly did a wonderful job. Between Kyle’s design and Mark making that design a reality, we couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out. How happy? We have long-term plans for a complete remodel of our kitchen; Nuss will be the first phone call we make.

I contacted Nuss when looking to replace the original roof on our Marlton home. I initially spoke with Tammy who was wonderfull! She scheduled Glenn Richards come to my home to inspect my roof which was leaking in one area in the attic. Glenn was so great to work with, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time and provided me with a fast and fair quote. We quickly had the team out to remove the old roof and install the new one! Everything was done exceptionally well!

After all the rain this winter I could not be happier that I took care of this with the help of Nuss! I am proud to support this great local, family-owned business!
